Number of transactions in 3c and 3d

Question

In the questions 3c and 3d, you asked us to make the transaction possible. Does it mean we only need to make this transaction and invalidate the first transaction? Or is it okay for us to verify the signature that now allows both transactions(the original and the one to TESSA) ?
