Can I retake 2nd phase to improve score? If failed, will 1st cleared attempt still be valid?

I cleared the exam in my first attempt but want to improve the score. If I take the second phase again and fail or score lower, will my original result still be considered valid?

This is not possible with the regulations by the university. You are not allowed to take the second exam.
