Sheets for Exam, Highlighting through text markers and underlining allowed?

I know that the 2 Sheets (4 pages) must be handwritten, but is it permitted to underline things and use Text Markers to highlight things on the sheets for ourself? Because for me it would make a big diffrence if you can highlight things with diffrent colors etc. I would assume that it is allowed, but i want to be sure, to avoid having any problems during or after the exam

There are two important restrictions regarding pens:
- They must be document-proof (non-erasable)
- They should not be red or a similar color

Otherwise, you are free to underline/highlight using different colors.
