In the question it states: "Provide the full contents (and only that) of that URL"

Does this mean we should include the full XML file including the tags and XML doc info in our answer or just the information within the tag?

You should only provide the contents of the file that is accessible by the URL "https://internal.websec.cs.uni-paderborn.de/first".
Nothing else.
